After struggling with a leak for a long time due to the poor gap between my conservatory roof and a flat roof I decided to contact Tony from F1 GRP Roofing to have a look and tell me my options. He arrived with 2 of his fitters promptly and after looking at my problem said the only way to cure the leak 100% was to Fibre Glass the Conservatory and flat roof all as one roof. When he explained the process and showed me pictures of the finished process I decided it was the only way to go. A date was arranged to have the job done and as before the 2 fitters turned up on time and quickly started the job. The conservatory had thick insulation installed on the roof covered with the Fibre Glass and to finish internally a PVC cladding was installed. What a transformation the conservatory no longer has the noise of rain clattering on the roof. In the cold weather it is loads warmer than when we had the Perspex roof and in summer it is now comfortable on a hot day rather than overpowering. I am so pleased we took Tony’s advice and wish to thank him and his fitters for a really fantastic job. Everywhere was cleaned up and all old material taken away, we can’t praise the job enough and would highly recommend F1 GRP Roofing for the high quality and expertise from start to finish. I have attached some photos of the finished installation.
